One of the top excuses I hear as to why people don’t workout is because they are too tired. Now, in most cases it’s just an excuse for “I’m too lazy to workout.” However, I know that there are some folks out there that are truly exhausted all the time. To them working out is like trying to drive a car on an empty tank of gas. As the saying goes, the mind is willing but the body is weak.

So the purpose of this article is to give you some easy solutions to boosting your energy levels. It is truly my hope that you will use these, because they can change your life. After about a week or two you should begin to feel much better and have the gas to maintain a workout plan. As is often the case, it’s the small changes that produce the big results.

Drink lots of water – Did you know that the human body is comprised of 55% -60% water? Based on that fact alone, you should recognize the value of drinking sufficient amounts of water. It wouldn’t be such a huge part of our physical makeup if it wasn’t extremely important to our body function. But let’s get a little deeper into the matter. Your kidneys use water to do their job. The kidneys are responsible for cleaning toxins from your blood. If you don’t supply them with enough water, they can’t remove toxins as efficiently.The result is feeling sluggish, and possibly sickness and disease. Someone that isn’t active should be consuming at least 12 ounces of water with every meal and snack (5-6 per day). However, someone who is active (which we all should be) needs about a gallon per day.

Get enough sleep – This is such an important thing, but it constantly gets overlooked. How can you expect your body to have enough energy to carry you through the day, if you don’t recharge it fully? Sleep is the process your body and brain use to rejuventate. Your goal should be to get at least six hours (eight preferably) of sleep. This may require you to cut back on some television, or other activities, but it is a sacrifice that yields great reward.

Stretch your muscles every day – Keeping your muscles flexible means it requires less energy for them to work. When your muscles are inflexible, simple tasks such as walking, getting in and out of a chair, or reaching for things use up more energy than needed. While it probably isn’t something you notice with every movement, it adds up throughout the day and contributes to fatigue. You should make it a practice to stretch your body every day. It only requires three to four minutes of your time.

You must eat healthy – Going into full detail on the subject of healthy nutrition would require another article in itself. So let me give you a brief overview. Three meals and three snacks per day is what you should be consuming. You should be taking in generous portions of vegetables and fruits of different colors. Protein intake is also very important and should come from lean and clean white meat, in addition to fish. Lean red meat is also acceptable, but you should only eat it every 6-7 days. Eating all those fruits and veggies will give your body the vitamins it needs to stay charged all day long. The protein will make your metabolism speed up, which will also give you a boost in energy.

Apply these steps right away if you’ve been very low on energy. You will be very pleased with the change in how you feel. The energy you need to workout will now be on hand. Don’t forget to focus on positivity and always give your best effort.

Bass fishing tips come in quite handy especially when you are a beginner. First of all, it would be a good thing to know that bass are fish whose metabolism depends on the temperature of water. Their metabolism rises proportionally with increased water temperature. If the water where they live is cold, as it is in deeper waters, they are less active and so need to eat less.

Therefore, around about January, you should start bass fishing in increasingly warmer waters because the bass will want to leave the colder deeper waters so that they can spawn. Furthermore, during the Autumn/Fall the bass begin to move towards colder and deeper waters where they would be safer during the cold season. But fishermen should not expect them to migrate great distances all that quickly because their cycles of moving from one place to the next as the seasons do take several months.

It is also good to know when you are bass fishing that these fish are very sociable: that is, they tend to shoal together into quite large schools, which generally consist of fish of the same size. That obviously means that, if you catch some bass in one spot, you are likely to catch more in the same area so long as you do not throw the fish you’ve already caught back into the water dead as that could well panic the rest of the shoal.

Furthermore, bass fishing areas are quite easy to find. You should remember that they are predators but not really very active ones since their favourite food is not actually one they have to fight to get. Rather, they wait patiently and lazily for prey to swim past and then they ambush it.

Bass fish often go for struggling or slow prey even if they are not normally on their usual diet. Their usual diet consists of crawfish, minnows, worms, insects, frogs and such like. Once a fisherman has learned these facts about bass, together with their mating customs, catching them is much easier and much more frequent.

On the other hand, these fish are prey themselves so they need cover as well. That is why bass fishing is carried out in areas where they can find safety in and around small or big rocks, weeds and other shady or sunny, well-lit areas where it is difficult for them to be spotted.

Success at bass fishing also depends on the type of bait chosen by the fisherman. You should vary the bait according to both the season ” spring, summer, autumn or winter ” and the spawning cycle of this fish species. Beginners should not forget that there are always experienced anglers ready to provide tips – just don’t be afraid to ask because the most effective bait does vary from one region to another.

Modern-day scientists and researchers have come up with so many different types of exercise routine that they believe can help to contribute to a healthy and fit human body. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is known by many as sprint interval training. A normal HIIT workout session could range from 9 to 20 minutes in total. The theory behind this work would routine sets a 2 to 1 ratio for workouts leading into recovery periods. This means, for example, that a runner who does hard sprinting for 15 to 20 seconds will then end up jogging or walking for 10 seconds after each stint.

The typical HIIT session will consist of exercise that is done for warm up first, which is then followed by between 6 to 10 reps of high-intensity exercise. These high-intensity reps are separated by medium intensity reps of other exercises, and everything culminates with one period of cooling down exercise. Most people recommend that the high-intensity exercises should be done at almost maximum intensity, while the medium intensity exercises should be done at about 50% intensity.

Fitness professionals and gym instructors view HIIT has the perfect way to get the most benefits out of your exercise routine if you do not have much time to spare. Ideally, you should focus on accomplishing minimum six cycles and ensure that the entire exercise session last between 15 and 20 minutes. Try not to go over 20 minutes or below 15 minutes in any case. Generally, people who do HIIT sessions have found that there is significant improvement in their overall athletic performance. If you are an exercise lover or an athlete and you find that you have reached your highest level of in terms of fitness and weight loss, you can still continue to use high-intensity interval training to improve your endurance and overall performance.

As you may be able to figure out, high-intensity interval training is nothing technical at all. There is a very simple technique behind it that has proven to produce significant results where fat burn and general fitness are concerned. If you dislike spending long hours at the gym or if you truly do not have enough time to work out, this is the type of routine you should consider.

The Quality Design Of The Fenwick Fly Rod

It is easy for anyone to see the quality design of the Fenwick fly rod. And it is hard to find anyone who will argue that they have some of the best fly rods on the market. And they have had for many years. Since 1952 to be exact. They are experts in designing and producing quality fly rods that keep fishermen on top of their games all across the country.

A lot of people who have tried and tested the Fenwick rods, will tell you that the older traditional models seem to fair better than the newer ones. But it is probably more about individual taste and preferences, than in actual performance. All Fenwick rods give a limited warranty of five years on their rods.

Back in the sixties, and the seventies, and even the early eighties, they made a very large amount of glass rods. There are still loads of them around today on the market. They are part of the secondary market, so many times you can get a real bargain on one. But they have never lost their durability and performance value. They always deliver you the expertise of the Fenwick brand.

A lot of these rods have become collectors items, and are getting more action from this than from fishing. But they were made with the Fenwick stamp of quality that makes them still sought after today. The first of these blanks were made by Grizzly, and featured aluminum ferrules. These were the O-rings. After that, Fenwick designed the ferrules by having a tip over top of butt fiberglass. It became known as the Feralite ferrule, and most all other rod makers fell in step and copied it.

The next set they produced were made with E-glass, and still featured the Feralite ferrule. They had a crisper action to them, giving better control in the casting process. Later on, Fenwick improved upon this package by adding the Fenglass line to it. The blanks were still made from E-glass, and still featured the Feralite ferrule, but the making of them was moved to China. They also featured Western style grips.

The most common thing you hear about the old Fenwick fly rods that is slightly negative, is that they are a little heavier than other rods. But they still pack quality performance into their designs. In their time they were considered very lightweight, but as designers progressed in materials and technology, other rods were made that were lighter than the Fenwick models.

Fenwick made the move from their fiberglass rods to graphite in the seventies. This enabled them to produce a rod that was lighter still, and also stronger and had even better control action. This was the birth of their Lunkerstick, which became extremely popular among bass fishermen. Fenwick was first in producing an all graphite rod, and was leader in fly rod innovation under the control of Phil Clock.

The quality design of the Fenwick fly rod is there for all to see. They have been pioneers, and have stayed on top of the game for many years. Once they were able to produce the all graphite rods, the turned their attention to technical improvements. They continue to be a household name among fly fisherman, with innovative designs for rods used for both saltwater fishing and freshwater fishing.
